Welcome to my "About us" page. My name is Marco Säufferer, and I am the mastermind behind the Habitual Animal. As a sole trader, I have made it my mission to support you in your self-management and time management.

My journey to self- and time management

My professional journey began at the DHBW, where I studied industrial engineering (a mixture of work and study). Already during my studies, I acquired time management methods with which I was able to organize my everyday study life in the best possible way. Even in stressful times, I was always structured and kept track of all the tasks at hand. I then adopted this characteristic in my everyday professional life and helped colleagues to structure their everyday lives using tried and tested methods. I then deepened my knowledge in a further training course to become a specialist in self- and time management (IHK).

Why self-management and time management?
I firmly believe that self-management and time management are the key skills that help us to cope with the challenges of modern life. They enable us to use our time wisely, work efficiently and lead a balanced life.
My commitment to these topics has led me to share my knowledge and help others achieve their goals and realize their full potential. I am proud to provide people like you with tools and strategies to help you reduce stress, increase your efficiency and lead a more fulfilling life.
